1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to CLBReady ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, CLBReady.com, our AI-powered CELPIP preparation tools, speaking and writing assessment engines, mock exams, and any other software, services, or content provided by us (collectively, the "Service").

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CLBReady is an educational platform designed to assist individuals in preparing for the Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) test. The Service provides simulated testing environments, practice questions, and proprietary automated evaluations (using Artificial Intelligence) for speaking and writing tasks.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not share your account credentials with any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of being shared, sold, or compromised.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Credits

Access to certain premium features (such as full mock exams or unlimited AI evaluations) requires the purchase of a subscription or one-time credit packages.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed on the Service and are subject to change without notice.
• Billing: By providing a payment method, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable fees.
• Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Credits: Purchasing credits grants you a limited license to utilize specific AI generation features. Credits hold no monetary value outside of the Service and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service (including practice questions and mock exam formats) in any medium.
• Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service.
• Attempting to bypass, reverse engineer, or manipulate our AI scoring engines.

6. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users), including all underlying software, algorithms, user interfaces, text, graphics, and trademarks, are and will remain the exclusive property of CLBReady and its licensors.

The term "CELPIP" is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises. CLBReady is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Paragon Testing Enterprises or IRCC.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CLBReady, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Your failure to achieve a desired score on the official CELPIP exam or failure to qualify for any immigration program;
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
